Made with 70% whole clusters and aged for 12 months in oak barrels (50% new oak), it offers vibrant aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, it stands out for its exceptionally fine tannins and a softer, more delicate profile than is typical of the appellation. Decanting is recommended when young to reveal its full complexity. Perfect with flavourful meats or aged cheeses. Aging potential: 10–15 years.
