The quality of our wines begins in our vineyards.
We are pioneers in one of the most important and prestigious Designations of Origin in the world, the D.O. Ribera del Duero, whose terroir has unique characteristics that give the grapes the quality that we at Bodegas Emilio Moro seek to produce in our wines.
In a unique area with a very special microclimate such as El Bierzo, we make our white wines with the Godello variety, thanks to which we are part of the D.O. Bierzo. The humidity of the Galician climate and the dryness of the climate of Castilla y León provide the perfect conditions for the cultivation of vines in this very special area.
Under the philosophy ‘Sharing values, we will grow together’ we seek alliances with other houses that allow us to have the opportunity to continue expanding and extending our frontiers. Our partnership with the French champagne house Joseph Perrier and the Italian wineries Casanova Di Neri and Giacomo Borgogno & Figli is a clear example of this.
For us, the grape harvest is a unique moment in which the illusion takes on special meaning. We have complete faith that the fruit, the grape, to which we dedicate so much time and attention, will give us the opportunity to produce wines as special as those we have at Bodegas Emilio Moro.
