Boris Champy Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Altitude 2022
Made from a blend of two plots in Nantoux —En Bignon and Le Clou—, this red wine reflects the complexity of its terroir and the influence of altitude on its freshness. Produced using 50% whole clusters and aged for 12 months in oak barrels (15% new oak), it reveals a bouquet of stone fruit, cedar and woodland undergrowth notes. On the palate, it is expressive and juicy, with red and black fruits taking center stage and balanced acidity providing remarkable vibrancy. A refined, delightful and exceptionally refreshing Burgundy wine. Ideal with premium cuts of meat, vegetable tagine with raisins or cow’s milk cheeses. Aging potential: 5–8 years.
