Right of withdrawal
The user shall have a maximum time limit of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery of the product, to withdraw, either fully or in part, from the purchase of the product, in conformity with Article 102.d) of Spanish Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.
Once the time period indicated has come to an end, Bodegas Emilio Moro will not accept returns due to withdrawal from product purchases.
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the user must contact Bodegas Emilio Moro by sending an email to tiendaonline@emiliomoro.com.

The user has at their disposal the following withdrawal form which can be downloaded HERE, although its use is not obligatory.
In case of withdrawal Bodegas Emilio Moro will refund all the costs of the purchase, with the exception of delivery and return costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used during the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The user must bear in mind that in the case of the purchase of bottles of wine or other food products, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal will be lost if the bottle, or any other container in which the product is sold, is open or unsealed.
By the same token, goods that have been personalised will also lose the right of withdrawal.
Refund of the price of the products to the user
If the user has followed the procedure set out in this section and the requirements set out therein have been met, Bodegas Emilio Moro will refund the price paid by the user for the products returned, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. If the return is made in exercise of the user’s right of withdrawal described in Section 1, Bodegas Emilio Moro will not pay nor cover the price and/or cost of return.
The user shall not have the right to receive the refund of the price of the products returned if the products are not in the same condition as they were when delivered, or if the requirements laid out in the present Conditions of Return have not been fulfilled.
Partial returns of an order will result in the refund of the price corresponding to the product or products returned.
Bodegas Emilio Moro will arrange the refund of the price using the same payment system employed by the user during the process of purchasing the products, within a maximum time limit of 30 days from collection of the product, and once Bodegas Emilio Moro has verified that the products returned fulfil the requirements established in Sections 1 and 2 above. The arrival of the price refund into the user’s account will depend on their banking institution.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt to exchange the item for another, except in the case of bottles of wine or other food products, which for reasons of health protection and hygiene, cannot be exchanged if you open the bottle or any other container in which the product is sold.
To change an order, you must inform us by telephone 983 87 84 00 or by email to tiendaonline@emiliomoro.com, and you must check that the following conditions are met.
When we have received the product, we will send you the new product, using the same service that was used for the original purchase.
