Dry and warm year
In the winter of 2023, the rains were generous, affecting soil water reserves, but the cycle started without the typical spring rains and lasted until June. Temperatures were higher than expected and resulted in full ripening of the fruit. Just before the harvest there were generous storms that modulated the cycle and balanced the concentration.
Our first rosé
Made with Tempranillo and Albillo grapes, harvested on the same day and processed together from the very first moment. The first portion of the must obtained by pressing is selected and fermented at a temperature of around 18ºC for 15 days.
Refreshing and delicate
Of a very faint salmon colour, the bouquet is delicate and expressive, with an aroma characterised by a base of sweet red fruits intermingled with floral and white fruit notes. The palate is balanced and medium-bodied, presenting with a well integrated acidity. The palate is fresh and very pleasant.
Our first rosé. A wine born ‘to understand that the day dawns again, that life always begins again, that the sun rises again even in the longest night and that, if there is anything that symbolises life, it is the dawn’ (Loreto Sesma).
