Borgogno Barolo Riserva 2016
Borgogno is one of the most historic Barolos, with a classic and natural style. In years when the weather permits, they select the best grapes from their three most important crus: Cannubi, Liste and Fossati, which produce the Barolo Riserva. After fermentation, it is aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for six years, followed by six months of refinement in the bottle before release.
