It has a total of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/vinos-emilio-moro\/\">eleven wines on the market<\/a> and on this occasion, it is two of the members of its acclaimed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/familia-malleolus\/\">Malleolus Family<\/a>, specifically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/producto\/comprar-malleolus-de-valderramiro\/\"><strong>Malleolus de Valderramiro<\/strong><\/a><strong> and <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/producto\/comprar-malleolus-de-sanchomartin\/\"><strong>Malleolus de Sanchomart\u00edn<\/strong><\/a>, which have taken centre stage in this success.<\/p>\n<p>The US wine magazine, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winemag.com\/\"><em>Wine Enthusiast<\/em><\/a>, <strong>has awarded excellent ratings to these two Malleolus.<\/strong> The ratings received by these two wines were nothing less than <strong>98 points<\/strong>, which only <strong>corroborates the majesty of these wines<\/strong>, whose potential is infinite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malleolus de Valderramiro 2018<\/strong> is named after the Pago de Valderramiro, one of the Moro family&#8217;s historic vineyards, planted in 1924. It is <strong>a wine that was created to give maximum prominence to the \u2018terroir\u2019<\/strong>, a very important element for Bodegas Emilio Moro. It is a <strong>powerful wine of a cherry red colour<\/strong> with garnet tinges that presents a great intensity as well as an elegant bouquet. On the palate it is balanced, <strong>full-bodied<\/strong>, but with sweet and friendly tannins.<\/p>\n<p>In the words of the winery&#8217;s technical director, \u00c1lvaro Maestro, \u2018<strong>Malleolus de Valderramiro is expressive, elegant and shows seriousness in the fruit<\/strong>\u2019, a special wine that is the perfect accompaniment to good meat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malleolus de Sanchomart\u00edn 2018<\/strong> is another of Bodegas Emilio Moro&#8217;s star tempranillos. It has won over national and international critics with its expressiveness and combination of nuances. It is <strong>one of the winery&#8217;s most sublime wines<\/strong>, with a cherry red colour with garnet tinges. The bouquet is rich in nuances with a <strong>great varietal character<\/strong>, but with the personality of the limestone soils. On the palate it is voluminous and balanced with a long and persistent finish.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Subtlety and elegance\u2019 are the words with which the winery&#8217;s president, Javier Moro, defines this wine, to which he <strong>gives the seal of approval as a favourite<\/strong>, without hesitation.<\/p>\n<p>Two very special tempranillos that <strong>win over the most demanding palates<\/strong> and, when they are the stars of a meeting, they hold the entire table.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, anyone who wants to taste them has the opportunity to do so at the winery itself, through the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/experience\/viaje-al-origen\/\"> \u2018Journey to the Origin\u2019 experience<\/a>, its most exclusive experience, which <strong>offers the chance to learn about the origins of the Ribera del Duero winery<\/strong> and delve into its history through a visit to the vineyards that give their name to the two Malleolus featured in this article.
