And she is working on it.<\/p>\n<p>Her childhood memories always have a common denominator, namely <strong>life among vineyards and barrels<\/strong>. Patricia S\u00e1nchez Moro, <strong>the only oenologist of the four generations that make up the Moro family<\/strong>, has turned what was once just a game into <strong>passion<\/strong>, what was once just curiosity into <strong>commitment<\/strong> and what was once just an apprenticeship into <strong>leadership<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As a woman in the wine industry, S\u00e1nchez Moro has broken <strong>new ground in the traditional world surrounding Bodegas Emilio Moro<\/strong>. She grew up watching her grandfather, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/bodegas-emilio-moro-presenta-la-nueva-imagen-de-su-buque-insignia-en-un-evento-privado\/\">Emilio Moro<\/a>, work the land and make wine. With an <strong>extensive professional career<\/strong> behind her, she has worked in important European wineries, gaining a broader vision of winemaking, which led her to continue with the family legacy, being the head of winemaking as production manager. A journey in which learning has been a constant, which has also allowed her to maintain a totally passionate concept of the world of wine, an emotion that she loves being able to convey to her team and her customers. Today, with a panoramic view of the business, but always with the aim of maintaining the family legacy, Patricia has managed to <strong>improve every day<\/strong> thanks to the <strong>implementation of a new corporate philosophy<\/strong>, which promotes a culture based on companionship, empathy and commitment, and to <strong>the modernisation of the brand<\/strong>, with projects such as <strong>updating the image<\/strong> of the winery&#8217;s wines, the adoption of <strong>sustainable strategies<\/strong> and the <strong>formation<\/strong> of a cohesive and committed team.<\/p>\n<p>One of the things that Patricia is very clear about is that the legacy she has received is very good, but \u2018<em>our challenge is to improve every day in each of our processes as a winery<\/em>\u2019. As her grandfather did in his time, Patricia has shown her desire to innovate, to evolve, and for this reason, she has led <strong>forward-looking projects<\/strong> such as the <strong>inauguration of the new<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/el-bierzo\/\"><strong>winery in El Bierzo<\/strong><\/a>; the <strong>expansion and extension of its borders<\/strong> with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/tienda\/?id=champagne\">French Maison Joseph Perrier<\/a> and the prestigious Italian wineries <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliomoro.com\/tienda\/?id=vinositalianos\">Casanova Di Neri and Borgogno<\/a>, of which they have become official distributors in Spain; and the significant <strong>growth in the international market<\/strong> and an <strong>improvement as a company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bodegas Emilio Moro<\/strong>, representatives of tradition in the world of wine for four generations, under the visionary leadership of Patricia, has <strong>established itself as a benchmark for fundamental values<\/strong> such as <strong>tradition<\/strong>, <strong>family<\/strong>, <strong>love<\/strong> for the land and good work.
